How It Works
Simple steps to build your meditation habit
Daily Group Meditation — Powered by Zen Radio
You'll have access to guided meditation sessions every day via Zoom, designed to support consistency while fitting into your real life.
Weekdays (Monday–Friday)
Each day, you can join three Zoom sessions at 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, and 1:00 PM Eastern Time (America/New York). These sessions are intentionally designed to be under 60 minutes, making them easy to integrate into your daily routine — no matter your schedule or time zone.
Saturdays (Deep Practice Experience)
On Saturdays, we go deeper with an extended Zoom session from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM Eastern Time (America/New York). This 3-hour immersive experience allows you to fully drop in, reset, and expand your practice through a blend of techniques.
Sundays (Gentle Reset)
On Sundays, we gather for a single 7:00 AM Eastern Time (America/New York) Zoom session to ground, reflect, and reset for the week ahead. (There is no 9:00 AM session on Sundays to allow space for Healing at 9:00 AM.)
This isn't a solo challenge. You'll be practicing alongside a dedicated community for all 21 days. That shared energy, built-in accountability, and daily consistency are what make this experience so powerful.
Each week, you'll receive a thoughtfully designed schedule featuring a variety of practices — including breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Wim Hof techniques, guided meditation, and more — so you can plan ahead and stay fully engaged.

5-Day Journaling Intensive — Pennebaker Method
In the final stretch, you'll deepen your experience with guided journaling based on the Pennebaker Method — a research-backed expressive writing practice shown to reduce stress, support immune function, and accelerate emotional processing.
You'll be invited to write freely about your deepest thoughts and feelings within a structured, supportive container designed to help you process and release.

The Power of Social Accountability
Humans Evolved to Avoid Letting the Group Down
When others know you're participating, your brain treats follow-through as a social obligation, not just a personal intention.
Group Formats Drive Higher Completion
Studies on exercise, meditation, and learning show significantly higher completion rates in group formats than solo ones.
Passive Accountability Matters
Even knowing others will see your progress increases adherence. You don't need active judgment—just visibility.
Beyond Willpower
You're not relying on willpower alone—you're leveraging social pressure in a healthy way to build lasting habits.
Common Questions
What are the session times?
The same meditation is offered three times daily — 7 AM, 9 AM, and 1 PM Eastern Time (America/New York). Join whichever fits your schedule. You'll receive a weekly schedule so you can plan ahead.
What if I miss a day?
Life happens. Log your next meditation and keep going. The goal is progress, not perfection.
What is the accountability partner?
When you sign up, you can opt in to be paired with another participant in your timezone. You'll check in with each other to stay on track — a simple but powerful way to stay consistent.
What type of meditation will we do?
Sessions will include guided meditation, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Wim Hof, and silent sitting. Each week you'll receive a plan so you can choose what resonates with you.
What happens during the journaling sessions?
We use the Pennebaker method — a proven expressive writing technique where you write freely about your deepest thoughts and feelings for 20 minutes. Research shows this reduces stress, strengthens immunity, and helps process emotions. Sessions are guided and held at 8 PM Eastern Time (America/New York) or 8 PM London (BST).
What time zone is the meditation session in?
Sessions are at 7 AM, 9 AM, and 1 PM Eastern Time (America/New York). That's 12 PM / 2 PM / 6 PM London, 4:30 PM / 6:30 PM / 10:30 PM India. Choose the one that works for your region.
I'm a complete beginner — is this for me?
Absolutely. There's no experience required. The variety of guided practices means you'll find something that works for you, and the group setting makes it easier to stay committed.
What do I need to participate?
A Zoom account (free), a quiet space, and a commitment to show up. That's it. No special equipment, apps, or prior experience needed.
Is there a refund policy?
Due to the limited spots and commitment-based nature of the challenge, all payments are non-refundable. This is part of the accountability — you're investing in yourself.
How do I pay?
Register first, then you'll receive payment instructions. Your spot is confirmed once payment is verified by our team.
