How It Works

This is a Self-Led Challenge

Your daily meditation practice is entirely your own. You choose what type of meditation to do and when to do it. We provide the structure, tracking, and accountability — you bring the commitment.

To support your journey, we'll host 5-10 optional community Zoom sessions throughout the challenge. These are meant to help you reconnect with fellow participants and stay inspired — not to replace your personal practice.

Lasting habits are built through consistency and self-commitment. This challenge is your opportunity to push yourself, show up every day, and build a continuous 40-day meditation habit.

Register with your email and set your daily goal (1-3 sessions). Practice any meditation you prefer — Yoga Nidra, breathwork, guided meditation, or silent sitting.

How long should each meditation be?

Any length works! Whether it's 5 minutes or 50, consistency is what matters. Start small if you need to and grow from there.

What if I miss a day?

No worries—life happens! Just log your next meditation and keep going. The goal is progress, not perfection.

Can I join after the challenge starts?

Registration closes 24 hours before the challenge begins, so make sure to sign up early to secure your spot.

What type of meditation should I do?

Any type counts—guided meditation, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, mantra meditation, or simply sitting in silence. This is your practice.

Are the Zoom sessions required?

Not at all! The optional community sessions are there to inspire and support you, but your daily practice is what counts toward the challenge.
